  Back Pain

Psoriasis is a skin disorder characterized by rough, reddish patches covered by a dry, silvery, flaky surface. These patches are frequently itchy and painful.

The processes leading to Psoriasis take place in the epidermis, which is composed of the top five layers of the skin. In the bottom, or basal, layer of the epidermis immature skin cells called keratinocytes are produced. The keratinocytes produce a durable protein, called keratin, that is used in the formation of hair and nails as well as skin.

Under normal conditions, keratinocytes require about a month to mature. In the process of maturation they progress from the basal layer outward to the skin surface where they are shed as a matter of course. In the case of Psoriasis, the keratinocytes proliferate very rapidly and progress from the basal layer to the surface in as little as four days. This pattern is similar to the rapid healing response to a skin tear or abrasion.

Maharishi Vedic Vibration Technology: Instant Relief in a Natural way.

Maharishi Mahesh Yogi, who brought the Transcendental Meditation® technique to the world 42 years ago, has revived and systematized Maharishi Vedic Vibration Technology. The word "Vedic" means pertaining to Veda, the field of pure knowledge or total knowledge of Natural law.

For thousands of years, Veda and the Vedic Literature have been held to be the expression of the Total Knowledge of Natural Law. According to tradition, the Vedic sounds contained in Veda are the fundamental vibrations which structure the material universe, including the human body. Through a tender impulse of Vedic vibration, pain can be transformed into a feeling of pleasantness and abnormality can be transformed into normal physiological functioning.
